The convenience of staying at Tees Valley B&B Apartment 3 made our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was clean, modern, and felt like a home away from home. The kids loved the comfortable beds, and the complimentary breakfast cereals and milk were a nice touch. We also appreciated the smooth check-in process and the great communication with the host.
For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for the kids.

The nearest airport is conveniently Teesside International Airport, so I didn't have to go far to catch my flight. The apartment had a washing machine, which was great for getting rid of those pesky tea stains on my clothes. Oh, and towels were provided too, so I didn't have to dry off with my bathrobe like a fancy lady that I am.
I just loved struggling to make toast and having to eat it raw because there was no toaster provided. Such a delightful inconvenience.

The apartment was beautiful and modern, making it feel very homely. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and the lounge was also lovely. The location was very convenient for exploring the town, and there was no noise disturbance during our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We also appreciated the breakfast cereals and milk provided.
The kitchen did not have a hob, so we couldn't cook the bacon we had brought with us. There were eggs in the fridge, but no way to cook them either.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and felt very modern and homely. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, which made for a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the fact that breakfast cereals and milk were provided, which was a nice touch and made mornings easier.
Finding parking was a bit difficult as we had to park on a street further away from the property. The shower had low water pressure, resulting in slow water flow, which was a bit inconvenient.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for making our own meals and saving money on dining out. The seating area in the unit was cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to relax after a long day of biking. The flat-screen TV in the apartment allowed us to enjoy some downtime and catch up on our favorite shows. The washing machine in the unit proved to be extremely convenient, allowing us to clean our biking clothes and avoid carrying around dirty laundry. The private bathroom came with free toiletries, making it easy to freshen up and feel pampered during our stay.
Personally, I found the shared lounge at Tees Valley B&B Apartment 3 to be a bit crowded and noisy, but some guests might enjoy the social atmosphere.
